Greek Islands and Luxe South African Safari with Cape Town

Upon arrival in Athens, transfer to your Hotel by driver only. Later our representative will contact you to meet you at the Hotel at your convenience to give you an orientation and deliver your ferry tickets.

After breakfast at your hotel, begin your day with a panoramic tour of the most important monuments and landmarks of Athens, including the Panathinaikon stadium, the Zappeion, the temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, Syntagma square, the Parliament, the tomb of the unknown soldier, Schliemann's house, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and the old Parliament. Next, a guided visit to the Acropolis, including the Propylaea, the temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon, and the Erechtheion. Later, continue with a guided visit to the Acropolis Museum. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the city at your own pace.

After an early morning breakfast, transfer to the Athens Port of Piraeus and take the Ferry boat to the island of Mykonos. Upon arrival meet our representative who will transfer you to your Hotel. Overnight in Mykonos.

Breakfast in the hotel. Full day at leisure on this Jet Set Cycladic island. Wander the maze of narrow alleys lined with unique shops and restaurants. Visit Paraportiani one of the 365 churches of the island. Another option is to take an optional tour to the Ancient Sacred Island of Delos. It is only a 45-minute boat ride from Mykonos; a half day tour can be arranged locally or added to your booking. Mykonos has some beautiful and unique beaches worth visiting. You can ask our Representative or your Hotel front desk for some assistance in getting there. If you are up to it in the evening, enjoy the famous nightlife of the island. Overnight in Mykonos.

Breakfast in the hotel. Morning at leisure. Transfer to Mykonos Port and take the Ferry Boat to the island of Santorini. Upon arrival, our Representative will meet you and transfer you to your Hotel. Overnight in Santorini.

Breakfast in the hotel. A day at leisure on this amazing island of Santorini (formed by the eruption of the volcano 1600 BC). Santorini offers the most breathtaking views of all Greek islands and perhaps of the world. Explore and enjoy all that the island has to offer. History and nature combine to make Santorini unforgettable. A great optional tour to consider is a visit to the archeological site of Akrotiri. And of course, explore the beautiful Towns of Fira and Oia. Overnight in Santorini.

Breakfast in the hotel. Morning at leisure. Transfer to Santorini port and take the Ferry boat to Athens. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your Hotel. Overnight in Athens.

Rest of the day at leisure. Late evening transfer to Athens airport for your overnight flight to Johannesburg.

On arrival at Johannesburg's OR Tambo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by our Representative. Transfer to your Hotel. Overnight in Johannesburg.

Early this morning, transfer by shuttle bus transfer to Karongwe Private Reserve, bordering the famous Kruger National Park. Private reserves offer superior safari game viewing together with the advantages of smaller, hosted accommodation and game drives. Lunch upon arrival. Freshen up before your afternoon safari game drive and return to the lodge by sunset. Optional Domestic Flight (extra cost): Fly from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit, then a 45-minute transfer by road to Shiduli Private Game Lodge.

Today enjoy early morning and afternoon Game Drives at your Lodge. Shiduli Private Game Lodge is located in the Karongwe Private Reserve nested in the heart of the game-rich Lowveld with the spectacular Drakensberg Mountain Range in the backdrop. Find "The Big Five" lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. The reserve is home to other wildlife such as cheetah and hippo and over 350 species of birds. Game Drives are conducted by Professional Guides and Trackers who will ensure your African Safari experience is unparalleled, the success rate for Game viewing at this Lodge is excellent.

Enjoy early Game Drive before breakfast and late afternoon Game Drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Transfer to Hoedspruit airport for your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival in Cape Town you will be met by our representatives and transferred to the hotel. Overnight in Cape Town.

After breakfast spend the day at leisure and discover the city of Cape Town. Cape Town is South Africa's second largest City, and is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. With its larger than life mountain overlooking the City Harbor, beaches and Robben Island beyond is the ideal tourist destination.

Optional Full Day Cape Point Tour (extra cost): Highlights of a trip down to Cape Point include; one of the world's most spectacular drives, Hout Bay, Chapman's Peak, Noordhoek Beach, the Cape Point Nature Reserve, two lighthouses on the tip of Africa, Boulders Penguin Colony, Simonstown, Kalk Bay and the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
