Our Tours can only be booked by phone or enquired by email.

All our tours are fully customizable, we encourage our clients to consider adding a second destination whenever possible. We will work with you to create the trip you want
Booking Confirmation
The price of your holiday will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. An invoice detailing all services and price promised will be provided; Please review your invoice and ensure that everything is accurate.
We reserve the right to modify the order of sightseeing, or substitute accommodations include means of transportation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Itineraries in general may change in sequence but not in inclusions.
Prices
All our prices quoted on online are per person based on double occupancy. Single supplements apply to all our bookings.
Prices displayed on line are valid for specific departures dates.
Pricing is always higher for departures during Summer (May 05 to Sept. 10) /Christmas/New Year/Easter.
Payment
Full payments is required at the time of booking, unless special arrangements have been made with your travel counselor.
Cancellation Policies
Purchases are 100% non-refundable non changeable.
The total amount for the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process.
If you do choose to cancel you will not be refunded any of the payment. Therefore the purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Passport and Visas
We require you to provide us with your name exactly the way it appears on your passport.
You need a valid Canadian or American passport to take any of our Tours. The passport has to be valid for six months past your return date and have blank pages.
It is your responsibility to obtain the required visas and other immigration travel documents for the Country you are visiting.
Our Tours do not include Entry Tourist Visa fees paid upon arrival to many destinations; fees are required to be paid in exact cash per person must of the time in USD but not all the time.
Exact fees and regulations will be given to you prior to departure, but are always subject to changes beyond our control.
Entry to another Country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete
Airline Policies
Airline seat assignment.
Advance seat selection is subject to airline fees, paid directly to the airline at the time you select your seats.
Please note that airlines reserve the right to change/cancel the pre-selected seats due to schedule changes or Flight equipment change.
Note that there also some airlines that they do not allow advance seat selection.
Checked Baggage Fees.
Many airlines have checked baggage fees; once you receive your tickets contact the airline with your airline reservation code for specific charges + terms and conditions.

Airline tickets are 100% non-refundable/ unchangeable.
If the airline allows a change, the change is always subject to change fees that vary from USD250 and up + the difference in fare price; charges are per ticket, and every airline has specific policies and fees.
Airline flight schedules are always subject to change.
We will always try our best to accommodate to these changes, but we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to missed-connections, flight cancellations or flight schedule changes.
It is strongly recommended you purchase Travel insurance to cover these unforeseen circumstances.

Please note in some cases these changes/delays may lead to changes to your itinerary that will incur on penalties.
These charges are not included in the cost of your package and may have to be paid locally.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover for those unexpected situations.
If you have chosen to
book your own flights for any part of the tour, any delays or issues with those flights will be your responsibility and we will not be able to provide any assistance.
In cases where
clients have booked domestic flights to connect with International flights that are booked by our company, those domestic flights are entirely the client’s responsibility.
The airline involved with your International flights would not assist or make any changes due to issues with a separately purchased domestic flight.
If you are
driving from another City to connect with your International flight it is recommended you arrive the night before.
For
Code-Share Flights, your ticket reads “Operated by” you should check-in at the desk of the “Operated by” airline.
Special requests
Special requests for Airlines/Hotels are forwarded but are subject to confirmation upon arrival and at the discretion of the Airline and Hotels.
Check-in/Check Out
In the event that your check-in/check-out at your Hotel/Cruise Ship does not coincide with your flight times, additional charges impose directly by the hotel/Cruise Ship may apply.
Hotel check–in time is generally not before 16:00. Please discuss with your Travel Counselor all your options.
Hotels/Cruise Ships check-out is always no later than midday (times may vary)
Travelers in need of special assistance
All our Tours require a moderate level of fitness and involve walking. It is important you advise us of any particular needs prior to booking, in order for us to ensure the suitability of the itinerary, transportation and resorts involved.
Once all the enquires are made we will advise you if it is suitable for you to book.
Please note that accessibility services and amenities outside of Canada and the USA may not meet the same standards; and vary from location to location, sometimes not available at all. Therefore we cannot guarantee the availability or access.
Pregnant women should consult their Doctor prior to booking and review the intended destination and itinerary.
Please note airlines will not allow you to travel beyond 28 to 32 weeks of pregnancy.
Responsibility on tour activities
Please take the time to understand that activities such as
riding on animals, scuba diving, snorkeling, hot air ballooning, zip-lining, treks, climbing, white water rafting, and other activities of such nature, carry inherent risks of serious injury;
if you decide to participate in any such activities
you take complete responsibility of your own health and agree to assume all risks.
Travel Insurance
Protect yourself against the cost of unexpected emergencies that may occur during your trip.
Protect your purchase prior to travel in the event you need to cancel your trip due to an unforeseen circumstance or medical emergency.
We offer travel insurance through our partners but you are welcome to purchase any policy available in the market.
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
Your financial protection
We are a fully licensed Travel Agency in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
All the vacations we offer are protected by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario Compensation Fund.
The Fund provides reimbursement of monies paid to an Ontario registered travel agent for travel services that are not provided due to the bankruptcy or insolvency of an Ontario registrant.
As long as the consumer has dealt through a registered Ontario travel retailer, a claim may be filed against the Compensation Fund for the non-provision of travel services.
There is no residency requirement to have an eligible claim against the Compensation Fund.
No matter where a person resides, if they purchase their travel services from an Ontario registered travel retailer, they will benefit from the consumer protection provisions found under the Act and Regulation.
