Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Istanbul

Upon arrival in Athens, transfer to your Hotel by driver only. Later our representative will contact you to meet you at the Hotel at your convenience to give you an orientation and deliver your ferry tickets.

After breakfast, pickup from the hotel for your half day Athens morning City Tour. We will begin with a panoramic driving tour of Athens passing by the most important monuments and landmarks of the city. We will marvel the Panathinaikon stadium, pass by the ex-Royal Palace and today the Prime Minister's residence, the temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the tomb of the unknown soldier the National Library, the old Parliament, and Constitution (Syntagma) square to arrive at the Acropolis. Next, we head for our guided visit to the Acropolis, including the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon, the Erechtheion. The remainder of the day at leisure to explore Plaka, the picturesque old part of the city, and why not, some shopping at Ermou street. Overnight in Athens.

After an early morning breakfast, transfer to the Athens Port of Piraeus and take the Ferry boat to the island of Mykonos. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your Hotel. Overnight in Mykonos.

Breakfast in the hotel. Full day at leisure on this Jet Set Cycladic island. Wander the maze of narrow alleys lined with unique shops and restaurants. Visit Paraportiani one of the 365 churches of the island. Another option is to take an optional tour to the Ancient Sacred Island of Delos. It is only a 45-minute boat ride from Mykonos; a half day tour can be arranged locally or added to your booking. Mykonos has some beautiful and unique beaches worth visiting. You can ask our Representative or your Hotel front desk for some assistance in getting there. If you are up to it in the evening, enjoy the famous nightlife of the island. Overnight in Mykonos.

Breakfast in the hotel. Morning at leisure. Transfer to Mykonos Port and take the Ferry Boat to the island of Santorini. Upon arrival, our Representative will meet you and transfer you to your Hotel. Overnight in Santorini.

Breakfast in the hotel. A day at leisure on this amazing island of Santorini (formed by the eruption of the volcano 1600 BC). Santorini offers the most breathtaking views of all Greek islands and perhaps of the world. Explore and enjoy all that the island has to offer. History and nature combine to make Santorini unforgettable. A great optional tour to consider is a visit to the archeological site of Akrotiri. And of course, explore the beautiful Towns of Fira and Oia. Overnight in Santorini.

Breakfast in the hotel. Morning at leisure. Transfer to Santorini port and take the Ferry boat to Athens. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your Hotel. Overnight in Athens.

Breakfast in the hotel. Our Representative will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be met by our representative. Canadian and American Passport holders require a Tourist Visa that you can obtain online before departure at www.evisa.gov.tr/en/. Transfer to your Hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast at the hotel, take a guided stroll through Sogukcesme Street with traditional wooden houses, ( Yali) that are now landmark buildings of Ottoman architecture. Your stroll will take you to the Topkapi Palace, the largest and oldest of the remaining Ottoman Sultans’ palaces. You will tour the gardens, kitchens, treasury, and terraces with a breathtaking view overlooking the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn. After a brief stop at the Fountain of Sultan Ahmet the 3rd, explore a UNESCO World Heritage site and a masterpiece of Byzantine architecture dating back to the VIth century, Hagia Sophia. After lunch, visit the Blue Mosque covered by more than 20,000 Iznik tiles and continue to the Roman Hippodrome, where chariot races used to take place. Your last stop of the day is the Grand Bazaar. One of the oldest markets and best places to buy souvenirs in Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast, you will be picked up for your Bosphorus Tour. Walk along the Golden Horn, the waterway that divides the European part of Istanbul, to the Egyptian Bazaar. You will have some time at leisure to enjoy this lively market full of aromas and bustle, whose streets give off all the flavor of the East. Continue to the pier for a cruise on the Bosphorus, which connects the Black Sea with the Marmara Sea. During the cruise, you will see the beautiful European and Asian shores of Istanbul with its palaces, fortresses, and beautiful wooden residences. Tour finishes in Taksim Square, explore and return to your hotel on your own. Overnight in Istanbul.
